Although  we endeavour to maintain the highest standards, we are aware that disputes and complaints sometimes arise. In the first instance, you should contact my firm to make us aware of your concerns so we can resolve the issues. If, however, you are not satisfied with the firm's response and wish to make a complaint about the firm or the Insolvency Practitioner you may do so. In these circumstances you have the right to refer the matter to the Insolvency Complaints Gateway which is operated by the Insolvency Service, an Executive Agency of the Department for Business Energy & Industrial Strategy.
Complaints can be submitted as follows:

1.  By calling the Insolvency Service Enquiry Line on 0845 602 9848
     (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm)

2. By completing an online complaints form at

3. Alternatively, by sending the completed complaints form by post to: IP Complaints,
    Insolvency Service, 3rd Floor, 1 City Walk, Leeds LS11 9DA.
